Outrageously annoying: every message produces a notification with the full message in it!

The recent update included a new BUG--I mean "feature." Now, instead of something, I dunno, USEFUL, every time a message comes in, Discord puts THE WHOLE MESSAGE in my Android notification drop down. So in the course of a conversation, which I'm have ON MY LAPTOP, it fills my phone's notifications drop down. COMPLETELY obscuring EVERYTHING ELSE IN THERE. I can't see ANYTHING. Nothing important because it contains a WHOLE Discord conversation. Now, either I can go and turn this off by turning off EVERY notification coming out of Discord. Or I can... I dunno WTF to do, because ALL the notifications are conflated. I don't WANT to turn off all notifications. I have important stuff on Discord. I just want to turn off this STUPID SHIT which is clogging my drop down menu on my main screen of my phone.

Go back to the old way. It worked.

If I get a message, let me know it's there and I can go READ IT. I don't need the whole flipping message in my drop down. That's stupid. I have the app for that.
