Links to discord messages (in embed titles) should open in discord

Embeds can have a URL and by clicking the title it leads you to said URL. This is fine for most links, however, when you try and link to another message, it opens discord in the browser instead.

This only happens on desktop discord. On mobile you can click the embed title (with the message url) and it'll lead you to the message in-app. On desktop it opens a browser instance of the app and takes you to the message.
