Improved Mentioning - Custom mentions attached to user I.D.
Discord has a "note" system which allows us to keep track of who on our discord friends list and in our servers is who. We can specify a name or something to help us remember their identity. However, in large servers with upwards of 1,000 members, it is nearly impossible to find or mention the same person via name if they haven't been added to your friends list or haven't recently sent a message. If they've changed their name, you can't necessarily even mention them. Because of this, a simple fix can be introduced. This would be a feature which allows you to @mention a name that you create for ease of use. When you mention like this, Discord would find the user I.D. attached to this user and automatically change the mention to the user's username. For example, if your friend's name consists of Korean characters, you can't type in @(Korean characters) without a Korean keyboard. A fix to this would be to add a special mention of the user's real name, where you could instead just type @billy (a custom mention that you created) and discord would know Oh, he's talking about @(Korean characters). I'll mention that user. Adding this as a feature would greatly improve users ability to find other users and to actually converse with that one annoying friend that changes their name every day.
