Suggestion: Customizable emoji shortcuts

It would be nice if we could add our own text shortcuts for different emoji on a per user base.

  I agree.

  I would like to be able to replace existing shortcuts also like :) with a custom emoji.

  I second this.
  Having custom emoji is nice, but when it has become an habit for us to use shortcuts such as : ":)", ":D", ":P" and so on... it's almost impossible to get used to commands such as ":smile:", ":happy:", etc....

  I would love to be able to customize all the base emoji without having to mod discord and manually replace the emotes (if it is even possible).

  I'd also really like to have custom shortcuts. Especially for :D since the default doesn't make any sense to me. Instead of :grin: it goes to a smiley that looks a second away from breaking out in a sweat drop. Sometimes I'll forget and send the default one - it's jarring and never the reaction I mean to convey with :D At ALL.
