Allow you to message people with the allow direct messages from server members then allowing them to reply back. If you do not message them, they can't message you.

This feature can be very useful. This feature would allow users that do not want people to DM them to have the capability, but also allows them to message users that they choose. Once them message that person, the person would then be able to message them because they reached out first. If the user tried to DM the person with the feature on, however, like normal it would not work
