Muting a channel should behave the same way as DMs

In DMs, when you mute someone, ALL notifications, including the red number are removed. In channels, however, if you mute a channel get pinged, you will not get the sound but will get the red number. I'm in a Discord where there are some channels I want to be pinged in, and other I don't, and it annoys the hell out of me to have and do "Mark as read" every 15 minutes.
