Push-To-Talk/Open Mic dual usablilty

Hello All,

It would be a great feature for me if there was a way to use both PTT and Open mic simultaneously while in a voice chat channel.  I play Dota, so when I'm laning bot I often either don't want to hear the other lane's updates, and I don't want to distract them by saying "I'm going to pull/harass/etc...."  If there could be a way to use open mic to chat with my lane partner, and use PTT to chat with the whole team that'd be awesome.

I realize that this is kinda a specialized request, just thought I'd throw it out there.
