Forced read receipt for Direct Discord messages and group chats
For too long people who has read messages chooses to play trolling games by reading discord messages sent directly to them but chose not to reply. When a user sends a message direct even if he's isn't a Discord Friend or in Invisible mode. There needs to be a way to know if a person read the messages or not. So the person who messages know if the person doesn't check discord messages or playing games with you. WhatsApp and Google Hangouts has such a feature. If such a feature is implemented then the user would feel more compelled to reply thus increasing usage on discord.

Read receipts should be a option setting wise thing and it’s not our problem that your friend is ignoring you.
