Prevent user accounts younger than X months from DMing me

I think that an option to specify how old someone's account should be before they can DM you would be good. So for example I'd set it to 2 months and if someone makes a new account they can't DM me unless they wait 2 months or I add them to friends (or an exclusion list or something).
