Being able to pin any group chat or any direct message chat on top of all others
It's a pain to find some needed DMs or group chat, being able to just pin it on top would save time and nerves.

I totally agree with you about that because i've been thinking about the exact same problem that you are having ,it could be easily solved by making something like server folders but for group chats or if you want to find anyone in your DMs or a group chat then click on Home button on top left corner then "Find or start a conversation" and type the name of the user or group that you are looking for ,that should help
