"Don't notify me if someone quotes a message I was tagged in"
Ultimately the quoting functionality is neat, it helps with conversational needs, especially in busy chats. But in some cases people may not want to be pinged twice if someone sends a message with a ping to that person, then someone quotes it, causing another ping.
An option to toggle this would be very much appreciated.

Just had this issue right now. Especially when like 20 people are pinged/tagged in a message, and that message gets quoted everyone gets pinged again. This doesn't make much sense because you quote the message in the majority of times to respond to the one that posted it. Also when responding you always have the option to ping the people you want again.
I support the proposition that a toggle should exist, but I also think that this should be disabled by default. Or maybe a special option "Quote with pings" could be added. Or another option would be to make the Quote button selectable between "Quote (without pings)" and "Quote with pings".Quoting with pings is also a handy feature, so I think it should not be a toggle in the settings.
