make the chat readable again! reduce clutter, improve clarity. Alight messages, get rid of the repeated sender name

The chat right now has a few problems

as you can see on the left, there is a lot of text which gives no additional information, also messages start at different distances from the right which makes it a lot harder to read the messages because your eyes have to jump around more inconsistantly.. 

the left loses no information, is less cluttered, and so much easier to read..
