New UI Update is Very Distracting

The new UI update is just very cluttered and incredibly distracting. I have a hard time by default to focus on things and the new update makes it incredibly tiresome to focus on the actual messages. This really upsets me, because i usually use discord to talk with my friends, but it's become harder to use.
