Is it possible to get a server transfer if the owners account is disabled

So recently a owner of a server called The Devils Lounge was disabled and she tried to get her account back on but they just told her a more in-depth reason why So she is giving up on it and making a new one but I want to be able to keep that server running without being disabled

    Hello !

    Unfortunately it is impossible to change this (even more so if the owner's account is disabled).

    You'll have to create a new server :/
