Hey moderators / admins / owners wouldn't you like to just ban someone forever instead of having them make a new account and wreak havoc upon your server? Well I suggest adding the feature when you go to ban someone it adds another option called "ban ip" when clicked it will ban the users ip not just the user, so that they can't just go make another account and join back. I think this feature would help keep communities more safe as an user can't gain access to the server anymore not just on his account but on any new accounts, but this feature is not foolproof as there is a way around this if the user is smart enough to do it.

  This already exists and when you ban someone from a server, it IP bans them by default, they just change their IP address to join back
