Pasting Images in Overlay

Previously, I was able to paste an image in my clipboard directly from overlay.

An example of this would be:

I take a screenshot from in game
I open up overlay
CTRL + V/Right Click + Paste
It's in Discord

This is no longer the case. I cannot paste images in overlay anymore.

I have tried this with Grand Theft Auto V, Yakuza 0, and Overwatch. With GTA V, I was previously able to paste images in Discord overlay successfully. I hadn't previously used Discord overlay frequently with Yakuza 0 or Overwatch, so I cannot say how it was before.
