add 24 hour to discord chat

discord should add 24 hour into chat times, like when the chat says 9:41pm, i want it to be 21:41

  Urg we need this so bad. I hate stupid 12 hour time.

  Discord should follow what system settings are too. If my computer or device is set to display 24 hour time it shouldn’t show AM or PM. Follow the locale rules too.
