Having People Hear the Ringtone from Calls while Idle and Offline

Can you guys change BACK having the ability to hear someone call while one is offline and idle, please? I have multiple friends who like being offline and they haven't been able to hear the ringtone for the calls that I have been sending them. Please bring back the sound for those offline and idle. v.v
