Warn on @everyone and @here pings for mobile users

A few minutes ago I accidentally pinged everyone in a server with just under 70,000 members. I am a frequent Discord mobile user, however this is the first time I have fallen victim to this mistake. I’ve seen the warning on the desktop client that appears before you ping everyone or here, but for some reason Discord mobile does not have this warning. This mistake undoubtedly caused some users to leave or mute ping notifications for our server. Adding this warning will prevent a lot of unintentional mass pings for many server administrators.

This would be a godsend as a server owner! I might be guilty of this as well...

They also need to fix the bug where you click on someone to mention, but pings someone else.
