Level 4 Nitro Boosts - Global Emote Server

Suppose once a server hit 100 boosts (any number above 30 will work), the server became a global emote server, home to thousands of people who use the place for its vast number of emotes? Would such a server not become a hub for activity, and offer even more global emotes? Would not the server owner eagerly want to reach level 4 and as a result possibly buy Nitro or encourage others to do so?

Such an implementation would benefit EVERYBODY.

Server Owners - It benefits them, because reaching level 4 would make their server a hub for thousands of members.

The team at Discord - More people getting Nitro Boosts? This will be a great source of revenue for them. They can now expand even further and develop further to give us all a great experience.

Nitro Boosters - There's even more demand for you people now! I'm sure Nitro Boosters will feel appreciated, and the first Nitro Booster to get a server to level 4 feel extremely honoured.

The overall community - Who wouldn't say yes to global emotes? This would result in a boom in global emotes and may tower over the GameWisp global emotes we currently have (since those servers only could had 50 emotes max)

One more nice (but optional) feature would be to allow ALL members in Level 4 servers to be able to use its animated emotes within the server. This would make boosts more valuable and bring in even more members into the server.
