"Mention All Roles" should work for BOTS as well.

If you grant a BOT this permission, they still won't be able to ping all roles.

Upvote this suggestion if you agree BOTS should be included in this new feature!

  I think. This permission still is in beta
  I hope developers will extends that feature.
