Mobile side dead zone adjusting.

For people who have chonky cases on there phone, it would be nice to be able to adjust the side swiping in a way that you can change how many pixels away from the side you need to swipe for a side panel to come out. For example I try to swipe from the left side to get the server panel to come out but it is almost impossibly difficult to do because of my OtterBox defender series case and if I could extend the sides to be able to do this more easily it would make browsing easier. This would be nice along a couple other features that are around the same principles.
