Mobile icon showing who is in VC

Currently on discord on your mobile device, when someone is in a vc on the server you are currently looking at, there is a little speaker icon next to their username/nickname regardless of if you even have access to that voice chat. Could we get an option to toggle that icon from showing up? There are just times when I don’t want to tell everyone on mobile if I’m in a private voice chat on a server, and it can suck when I see that people in a voice chat when they are not visibly in one, meaning it’s in a chat I don’t have access to.
