Push to talk that silences PC or pauses browser output.

Sometimes I'm listening to a youtube video while at discord and I need to pause the video before pressing the button.

I would like an advanced feature to pause the video or get volume to 0 instantly when I press push to talk button.

  I wouldn't personally use this option, but i find it needed for some users, hence i have friends with no headphones and every time they push to talk i listen to their annoying music or youtube videos, disrupting our call and making it hard for the rest to listen eachother. If a user has no headphones and wants to have this option activated,  it would make a sound discord experience.
