Verification Email and Retrieval

i have done this multiply time and i am unable to make it work, i have created another account and tried to retrieve an old account but when i click any of the links within the email it becomes a white screen, i have refreshed many time but it still does the same, i’d really appreciate it if either i can retrieve my old or verify my new one. thank you
