This user is using her server to draw users away from their friends and refuses to allow the friends to join and blocks them for even 1 accident

My friend is a V.I.P in the server so he was able to allow me to join... but my friend accidentally sent the owner a photo in a DMand she blocked him and banned him... and I discovered she doesn’t let users go to their friends or even talk to them... NOT UNLESS THEY ARE IN THE SERVER!!! AND EVEN THEN SHE NEVER LETS THEM TALK TO THEIR FRIENDS!!! I...I miss my friends!!! LETS FACE IT ME AND MY FRIENDS MISS OUR FRIENDS THAT JOINED THIS SERVER!!! The user that is manipulating people is Røsé#9803. She pretends to be a nice person... but isn’t... she is rude and was extremely rude to one of friends!!! She uses the server to manipulate users to never rp in servers that she doesn’t own... wanna know how I know?? I made the mistake of telling her about dank memer and not dank memer and she said “I’ll have to keep that in mind” meaning she is going to use it in one of her servers... PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! I MISS MY FRIENDS
