Discord keyboard shortcuts

When I launch a game (counter strikes, Rocket League, ...) and while I play I want to move quickly on discord I use a keyboard shortcut to make my life easier and not make a time-consuming back office.
The shortcut doesn't work but when I'm on the browser or something else it works.

I tried several shortcuts that go from the most complicated to a simple key.
