[Android] Dark Sidebar Option in Appearance Menu

Hi! A while back the light theme update changed the dark sidebars to light. While this update was jarring as a regular light-theme user, I was very relieved when the Accessibility option for the Dark Sidebar became available again on PC and iOS! It still seems this option is not available on Android devices though, so I would like to request that it be added as an option for Android as well. It is *almost* a universal option so I'm hoping it could be added without much problem! Thank you!
