Switch Regions on mobile devices in pm

Please give us the ability to change server regions on mobile devices. I cannot count how much I use this feature on my computer, and I wish I was able to do this with my phone.

Almost all the problems I can possibly have in a call are fixed by changing the region, but I'm not able to do that with my phone.
