Banned from DGN and GTAO servers for no reason

Dear Discord management team,

After coming home from work today, I logged onto my Discord and tried to get into the GTAO server as usual, but it said i was banned, so i contacted the moderator in DGN. I will insert photos instead of typing a lot here.
As you can see, all they could provide was a picture of my PSN (BBoyJoker21). I've been a clean member in the server and a clean player in the game. Therefore, i strongly believe this was an unjustified ban.
All i want is to join the server again and LFG. Please see if you can help. Thanks in advance!
