"Hide user from list" option on users

So if you go to the controls on a user with the power to manage them, you can press a button called "Hide user from list" and when pressed, would open a popup with the options: "For everyone except me" "For everyone except people with user manage permissions" "For certain people (opens a list with every user when pressed, everybody selected cannot see the users)" "For everybody except (opens a list with every user when pressed, everybody selected can see the users)" "Do not include me in the you are hidden message (this makes so it says "you are hidden to everyone!" Instead of "your are hidden to everyone except user1")" "Do not include anybody in the "you are hidden!" Message(this makes it so it says "you are hidden to everyone!" Instead of "you are hidden to everyone except adminuser1, adminuser2")" They would not be hidden from the members menu in server settings Server owners see everybody with no exceptions, if you were allowed to see it, their name in the list would be darker to show its hidden If they are hidden, there will be text on their screen saying "you are hidden to: everybody/user1,user2/everyone except user1,user2, messages from hidden people will still be public to everyone, so messages are not hidden This would be good for hiding admins, to sneak up on rulebreakers, or to hide a bot to unexpectedly surprise someone Thank you for looking at my long idea

OMG this SOOO needs to be done!! Apparently now there's this annoying thing streamers do, to add a "!" beside their names to be at the top of the user list, they join a hundred servers and they just sit there and advertise themselves through nickname and status.... it's SO annoying! I don't want to see that! D:
