Advanced Server settings

As i have read devs have been opting not to do certain things regarding settings and functions as it would complicate administration for the average user.
However i think there should be an option to change the settings mode and you could split the settings into categorys. like for example
Standard
Intermediate
Advanced

this would allow Discord to incorporate a lot of functions without confusing the average user. when i use to host my own Teamspeak Server there was a lot that i could do that i am now lacking in Discord. and by having these three tiers you can have "Standard" that could be the settings we are able to use currently. "Intermediate" with some added functions, that could be handled by power-users. "Advanced" with all the settings and perhaps even the possibility to do changes and/or add functionality via entering code like java or C# or what ever discord is built from.

i see a lot of comments about proposed changes being able to be abused but that should be up to the server owner to decide whether to use that or not. There are already functions that can be abused and you can't have user controlled servers without the risk of functions being abused.

I see great potential for Discord differentiating into more then just the gaming space. With added functionality i think Discord can be an attractive platform for businesses. For my school group-projects we use Discord but we could benefit a lot from more functionality like being able to edit other users messages to be able to have a functional #to-do text channel.
