[Suggestion] Adding Badge App Icons for Android

Discord doesn't seem to be offering numbered badges for Android.

Badges can normally be set as generic dots or as numbered counters. Discord can be enabled if using a dot, but not if using a number. An article mentions that iOS has a setting for enabling or disabling Badge App Icons (where it uses the numbers instead of dots wherever applicable), but there isn't a similar setting for Android.

Could this option be added to Discord's settings for Android?
