Ability to disable huge profile picture icon on server video chat

When my friends screenshare / video chat in server / DMs, the new large boxes that are taken up by a single user's profile picture when they're not on video / sharing their screen is extremely annoying and not really necessary. I think we should have the option to disable showing users who aren't actually sharing their screen so that only the people that are get a spot in the list.

It's also especially annoying because if a user is sharing their screen, it STILL shows the box for their profile picture. Can supply screenshots if needed.
