Youtube Timestamp Integration
Youtube videos with timestamps are still started at 0 seconds in Discord text chat or messaging.
For example, the following video should start at 46 seconds, but instead starts at the beginning when posted in Discord:

This is the case for me on Android. It doesn't work if you press the link on the thumbnail, but if you press the text link above the thumbnail, then the timestamp works on my Pixel 3.
Posted about it on Reddit too: https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/i29hd9/youtube_timestamps_do_not_work_on_embedded/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x

I agree this should be fixed. I don't think it would be very hard for the developers to implement as it would only require taking in a second parameter from the YouTube API when calling it to get the card in the first place.

Remove the trailing 's' and it seems to work.
- Works: https://[www.youtube.com or youtu.be]/blahblah?t=46
- Does not work: https://[www.youtube.com or youtu.be]/blahblah?t=46s

I tried all methods mentioned and even tried mixing them and didn't get any result of time stamping.
