Make favorited gifs "move" when your cursor is on them

If you have a lot of favorited discord gifs, it will lag out so much to the point you don't bother in using gifs in general. This is because a lot of gifs are being loaded up and played at the same time, while infinitely being looped.

What if the loop starts only when your cursor is above them? I believe this would help performance a little bit.
It sucks waiting 30 seconds everytime I want to search for that exact crying anime girl gif, specially because most of the time the conversation keeps going and it's just not the time to post that gif now.
