Send a friend request with user ID.

Sometimes on videogames, `username#tag` doesn't always work do to usernames being case sensitive and or sometimes people have special characters within their username.  So if they copy their ID, it could be alot easier to copy a userid instead of a username with special characters within it.

  agreed, some people put stupid characters in their name and if you're on mobile it's impossible to send them a friend req or even ping them in channels. Maybe this option should be available if you have developer mode on?
