Channel description modal has a near-opaque background

Try opening the channel description, for any channel. The background overlay is almost opaque and very dark. Now, if you try uploading an image, which, like the channel description, opens a modal, the background is more transparent and less dark.

I believe this to be a bug of some sort, because I remember a few months ago the channel description modal acted like the image upload modal, i.e. no Total Darkness.

As far as I could tell, this happens accross every server and channel.
