Notifications after posting in a channel

Being part of many different servers, I have most notifications set to @mentions only, but sometimes join an ongoing conversation or post then miss it when it continues. Could we add a global setting where posting in a channel notifies you of the next 5 messages after you've posted.

Idea of making it a few messages is so you can ignore unrelated posts after yours and still get notified until conversation moves on
