Auto-Scroll does not work when focused on something else. (ZOOM LEVEL ISSUE)
I have discord setup on my left monitor. While doing stuff on my main monitor, chat auto-scrolling works fine, but as soon as someone uses a bot or something media related/similar, chat auto-scrolling ceases to function.
This issue ONLY occurs when discord zoom level is set to BELOW 100%! Default zoom everything works normally, but auto-scrolling breaks if zoom is set to say, 90%.
Being able to multitask is one of the main appeals of discord. If im fullscreen'ed in on a game, I should not have to alt-tab out to scroll down and read messages on discord. And I refuse to continue using the default zoom in its current form. The zoom level of 90% should become the default. We need to see more at once.

Just realized today, after dealing with this issue for months, that zoom is the culprit here.
Really don't want to use 100% zoom, but it's a huge pain for auto-scroll to straight up break.
