In mobile updates the emoji key shouldn't be in place of send key

In the new update, until we type something, the emoji key is in the place of send key. Due this I often click emoji instead of send. To add fuel to it, in mobile it takes longer time to load emoji. Until it loads the whole discord stops completely. So I think it's better the way before.

  I'm pretty sure there was a mobile section so I think this should be going in there not in the "Text Chat" section.
