Let Us Mute User Pings

I am moderating a highly active server with nearly 40k members. I have searched and searched Google and there is nothing about this feature being added. With me moderating this server, everyone pings me constantly. It's gotten to the point of me using an alt now instead of my main account. 

I probably get up to 50 pings a day from people being like "@paige I NEED YOU." It's hard to focus on other stuff when my Discord mentions keeps increasing.
