Preventing guests from joining when unregistered
Hello!
Hi! I've been trying all the time to find out how to prevent unregistered guests from entering a server. Apparently there are only the options in the moderation settings of the server that only users who are already registered can write public or private messages. However, I would like it that unregistered users are not allowed to enter the server at all and not appear in the right user list. There is also no option in the role "everyone" to prevent someone who does not comply with the rules under the moderation settings from being allowed to enter the server (here I only have the option "Show text & voice channels", "Send message") as well as "Connect" "and" "Speak "active in the role settings). Turning these options off does not solve the problem - users can still access the server as guests.
The next problem comes because apparently unregistered guests remain in the right user bar and are not deleted as soon as they are offline. As a result, I have hundreds of unregistered users in the bar at some point without knowing which of them are registered. Thus, the number of users in the chat no longer provides information about who is actually still registered or who just stopped by for fun as an unregistered guest. Is there any option to automatically remove these users or not to let them join at all?
