DM Moderation options similar to server moderation

I believe DM's could benefit from some additional filtering options, particularly to help stop spam messages...

In and of itself, allowing direct messages from server members isn't a bad thing, but it is a very basic filter and is relatively heavy handed. Compare that to 5 levels of verification(Moderation) for being able to message a server.

So I would propose that a similar set of verification rules be able to be applied to new DM's -

Allow DM's from Server Members (On/Off)

If On:

• None - Allow anyone to message me
• Low - Verified email on Discord Account
• Medium - Server member for more than.... X..... minutes (adjustable maybe?)
• High - Verified Phone

If Off:

• Low - Force Friend Request
• Medium - Show DM request without showing content, but also provide information about the user (Account age, Common server(s), server membership time, other (?)
• High - Don't allow friend requests / don't show DM requests

From reading others posts, this seems to be an ongoing problem, and may be happening to others more regularly then myself, but seems like a reasonable solution based on currently available settings. Regardless, the end goal is to discourage spam or otherwise unwanted messaging that isn't necessarily explicit media content.
