[Sugestion] Feature request - Voice recorder

It would be great if Discord implement a feature that allows users to record short voice audios.
For example: let's say I'm using the desktop version, if press and hold "F2" I may record my voice for 15 seconds.
Discord could also increase the duration of the records depending if the user got Nitro.
Especially on mobile, it's hard to write long text messages when you're in a rush.
