Make screen-sharing standalone. (Move to other monitor/outside discord)

I want to be able to re-scale the screen-share window how I want, and be able to drag it outside of discord. This way, I can better control and monitor my friends' stupid in-game decisions.
This would be a great feature, considering how little you can do with share-screen already, it needs a buff :)
