Add a toggle to a channel that pings when a message is sent in there, regardless if on DND/online

This function would basically work like the @ feature, but when ever a channel is posted in. I presume this would be done client side.

This would be a really useful feature, it would allow people to keep up to channels they always want to keep up with. Like if your using D&D to play in a post by post server, or only care about memes in a server. 

Maybe even allow the notifacation to activate in PC overlay.
