iPadOS Optimizations

As of now, Discord iPadOS is more-or-less just Discord iOS with a few small tweaks. I thought it would be good to add a toggle-able "Laptop Mode", which would have the same layout as Windows/MacOS/Linux, along with screen-sharing. This would be especially useful for users using a trackpad/mouse or more powerful iPad.
