More needs to be done when you block someone.

I feel like in its current state, it feels more like you're just pretending someone doesn't exist rather than actually blocking someone for your sanity/safety. All it does is prevent them from PMing you and you can't see their server messages, where it should prevent them from seeing your server messages as well. They also shouldn't be able to access your profile at all, and possibly not even see you in the server list.
