[Bug] Emoji character limit exceeded

so I was spamming emojis with my friends in our private server, and then I entered the emoji character limit. For an experiment, I changed the emoji's tag thing to only two letters, (so that typing :ee: would show the emoji) and then reached the character limit with them. I then proceeded to change it to four, and then copypasted my previous message where I reached the limit. I manually edited each one to add two more E's, then found that the new message was 166 characters longer than my old one. This might've just been an error with my counting, but I did it twice (manually changing each one was incredibly boring) to make sure and got the same result.
